Our favorite week of the year is almost here! FotoWeek DC is in it’s second year of celebrating photography and it’s power to transform and inspire. As a photography-focused print magazine proud to be born in Washington, DC, we’re excited to be taking part in the celebration. We hope you’ll join us at the first ever Worn Magazine photography exhibit at Biagio Fine Chocolate (details below) and also get your picture taken in pictorialist-style by Josh at the Phillips Collection tonight. See you there!

Photographs by Joshua Yospyn
Opening Sunday, November 7th, 5pm
Runs through November 14 during Biagio’s normal hours
Studio B at Biagio Fine Chocolate, 1904 18th St. NW
For the latest issue of Worn Magazine, Josh photographed Katie Musser, a chocolatier at Co Co. Sala in Chinatown as she handmade a Cruella de Vil-themed dress out of chocolate for the 2010 Sweet Charity pagent. Weeks of shooting and hundreds of photographs later, Musser won the runway competition at the Mandarin Oriental, and Worn Magazine had a story. Take a look behind the scenes of the photo editing process at Worn Magazine’s first ever photography exhibition featuring 39 chromira prints, many with hand-written captions, that give a glimpse into the world of chocolate, photography, and fashion.
